Govies or Home Tutors, if you like, to 3 boys studying through School of Distance Education (School of the Air)on a remote cattle station in outback Queensland ! The property is one of many owned by the Kidman Family across the country and is 8910 square klms in size.
We will be traveling over 1500 kms northwest of our home in Sydney, in our ever dependable coaster bus, to live and teach in the outback for 6 months. Leaving on July 1st we anticipate taking a week to get there, the last 450kms being developmental road to the west of Cunnamulla and 80kms of dirt from the gate to the station house.
Excited you ask ... Yes ! Nervous ... just a little ... But life is meant to be lived and without risk there is no gain !!
